problem with msn :here is the solution

Error 81000370 or 80072f0d: you can not log in
When trying to log on to MSN Messenger, you may receive the following error message:
Sorry, could not be logged on to the service. NET Passport at this time. Please try again later. 80072f0d
- or -

Could not be logged on to the service. NET Passport, may have been due to a problem contact us by the Internet. Please try again later. 81000370



 Follow the following procedures to resolve the situation:
  1. Click the icon for MSN Messenger, then click Finish.
  2. Clear the cache for the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) by doing the following
  • In the taskbar, click Start, then click Control Panel.
  • Click Network and Internet Connections.
  • Click Setup or change your Internet connection.
  • Click the Content tab. 
  • Under Certificates, click Clear case of SSL.
 When you receive the confirmation message, click OK.
Sign pre-register DLL files associated with the encryption service by doing the following:

  • Of the taskbar, click Vokabdo, and then click Run.
    Copy the following, and then paste it into the Open box:
    regsvr32 softpub.dll wintrust.dll initpki.dll
  • Click OK.
  • Upon receipt of each letter of the confirmation messages, click OK. The confirmation message may take a minute and the third one to appear, depending on the potential of the computer.
    After the third confirmation message, restart MSN Messenger and try signing in again.
