Increase The Speed Of The Internet

If you have a windows xp and you are  tired of the slow speed of the Internet prepare to increase it with Getting rid of the service QoS .

QoS = Quality of Service

what really happens is Qos consumes about 20 % of the internet bandwidth , even when it's disabled . then how i get rid of this useless service ?

1 - Open " Run "

2 - Type the command " gpedit.msc " then press enter

3 - In Group Policy , choose from the left side " QoS Packet Scheduler "

4 - From the right side , double click on " limit reservable bandwidth " 

5 - Reduce bandwidth to 0 % .

6 - Finally , Press Apply Then Ok
